Snowy Egret at sunset catching that last meal of the day. The Snowy Egret is an exceptional bird that is often mistaken for a Crane or a Stork. They are somewhat similar in design but they do have enough differences to categorize them separately. The Snowy Egret features lovely feathers that are very thick. It is a sub species of the well known White Heron

"I like my work to be viewed as visual poetry"! Patricia finds nothing more inspiring and precious than capturing an image that can be treasured for a lifetime. Most of her photographs are taken in her home area of Northern California where there is a vast array of natural wonders to behold.
